This event is part of the European Maker Week, an initiative promoted by European Commission and implemented by Maker Faire Rome in collaboration with Startup Europe. It's a celebration of makers and innovators all over Europe.

The event KIBSmaking dedicated to EUROPE MAKER WEEK will take place on 31 May and 1 June 2016 at the Palazzo Alario in Ascea (SA).
The event aims to present the makerspace to the people, to the host territory and weave an extensive network across regional boundaries.
The event will be divided into four sessions: two morning appointments with schools Ascea (SA) and two afternoon events open to the public.
Here is the tentative schedule:
31 May 2016: 10:00/13:00 ----> SCHOOL IN ACTION (schools meet the new technologies, will print with a 3Dprinter and know Arduino)
31 May 2016: 14:00/17:00 ----> DEEPENING within the 3D Print Workshop: know the materials for 3D printing, "testing with porcelain and other materials"
01 June 2016: 10:00/13:00 ----> SCHOOL IN ACTION (schools meet the new technologies, will print a 3Dprinter Wasp and know Arduino)
01 June 2016: 14:00/17:00 ----> TALK within the 3D Print Workshop: "The Culture of Makers"
During the two days the maker space will be open to the public will be screened TED video contributions on digital fabrication and culture makers.
