This event is part of the European Maker Week, an initiative promoted by European Commission and implemented by Maker Faire Rome in collaboration with Startup Europe. It's a celebration of makers and innovators all over Europe.
European Maker Week in Mostar: SPARK Lab Official Opening
European Maker Week u Mostaru: službeno otvorenje SPARK laba
SPARK is again part of the great events that are simultaneously held in 28 countries in Europe. The last time it was Startup Europe Week, and now it is European Maker Week from 30 May to 5 June, 2016. The focus of the event in Mostar is to present our new program – SPARK lab, first hardware lab in Mostar.
In the IT world, there is a need for special equipment and space used to develop and test new products. This need has been recognized working on the projects with the hardware components. Therefore, we decided to launch SPARK lab – a place where you can find and use open-source hardware, online library, 3D printers, Arduino kits, test tubes, microscopes and the like.
This three-day event consists of a two-day workshop and a one-day presentation of the current SPARK lab projects.
30.5. Monday – SPARK Lab: Arduino Workshop – Renato Kristić
10:00 – 11:00 Basics of electronics, basics of using development boards
11:00 – 12:00 Usage of development board, basics of electronic components and sensors
12:00 – 13:00 Introduction to programming, usage of Arduino development environment
